Entry into the Vietnamese Paint Market for Industrial and Construction Use
The paint specialty company boasting of 72-year-old history of paint technology-KANGNAM JEVISCO(www.jevisco.com) established a manufacturing plant at My Phouc Industrial Complex in Binh Duong Province,
Vietnam followed by Kunshan and Zhangjiagang, China, and held a completion ceremony on July 11.
The nation’s first developer of acrylic paint, alkyd resin and epoxy paint- KANGNAM JEVISCO has made delivery of paint to the world’s leading businesses
by getting recognition for its technical skills in China earlier, and the recent completion of the Vietnamese plant
is expected to definitely play a role as a bridgehead in expansion of the Southeast Asian market.
The KANGNAM JEVISCO Vietnamese factory is planning to produce and supply not only paint applied to
home appliances such as washing machine, refrigerator and air-conditioning, etc.
but also eco-friendly powder paint applied to a wide variety of steel products as well as
the paint for industrial & construction use.
Through the complement ceremony address,
the CEO of KANGNAM JEVISCO, Hwang, Ikjun made it clear that he would make efforts
not only to exploit overseas markets but also to contribute to the development of the Vietnamese local community
by producing and supplying diverse products through the application of Korean paint technology.
And the vice-chairman of the Vietnamese Binh Duong Industrial Complex Management Commission-DANG QUANG VIET, through his congratulatory address, patted on the back of KANGNAM JEVISCO, saying
“I really appreciate KANGNAM JEVISCO’s decision on MY Phouc Industrial Complex as an investment area,
and hope that KANGNAM JEVISCO Vietnam will greatly contribute to the industrial development of Vietnam
by producing and supplying diverse sorts of paint products”
and he went on to say “The People’s Council of Binh Duong Province,
and the Vietnamese Binh Duong Industrial Complex Management Commission
will make efforts for an investment enterprise’s management environment to be continuously improved.”
